National Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 1, 2025
Applies to: MedBlue National Plan - Available in All 50 States & Puerto Rico
Welcome to MedBlue! Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and MedBlue, LLC ("MedBlue," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, mobile applications, member portal, or by enrolling in the MedBlue National Plan (the "Plan"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site or enrolling in the MedBlue National Plan, you acknowledge that:
- You accept these Terms of Service
- You accept the practices described in our Privacy Policy
- You agree that disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida
- The Site and Services are provided "AS IS"
If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
The MedBlue National Plan is available ONLY to adults age 18 or older.
You may not enroll in or use the Plan if:
- You are under 18
- You attempt to enroll a minor
- You reside outside the United States or Puerto Rico
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract.
3. About the MedBlue National Plan
MedBlue offers one plan only:
- The MedBlue National Plan
Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
The MedBlue National Plan is a discount membership program - NOT insurance.
MedBlue does not:
- Provide insurance
- Pay medical or dental claims
- Replace any health insurance coverage
- Guarantee health outcomes
The National Plan Includes:
A. Virtual Care Benefits
Delivered by independent third-party providers:
- $0 Urgent Virtual Care 24/7
- $0 Virtual Primary Care
MedBlue is not the medical provider and does not deliver clinical services.
B. In-Person Dental Discounts
Members receive discounted rates at participating in-network dentists only.
There are no in-person medical visit discounts of any kind-only dental.
C. Pharmacy Discounts
Members may receive pharmacy savings through participating pharmacy discount networks.
Savings vary by pharmacy, medication, and geography.
MedBlue does not guarantee specific savings amounts.
D. Hospital & Medical Bill Negotiation (Bills > $300)
If a member receives a medical or hospital bill totaling over $300, MedBlue may assist in
negotiating a lower cash settlement with that provider.
MedBlue:
- Does not guarantee a successful negotiation
- Does not pay the bill
- Cannot force providers to accept lower amounts
- Is not responsible for unpaid balances
Negotiation is a courtesy service included in the National Plan.
4. Three-Day Waiting Period
All MedBlue National Plan memberships are subject to a three-day waiting period after
enrollment before benefits may be used.
Members may not access virtual care, dental discounts, pharmacy savings, or bill negotiation
services until the waiting period has been satisfied.
5. MedBlue Is NOT Insurance
The National Plan:
- Is not health insurance
- Does not meet ACA requirements
- Does not include essential health benefits
- Does not cover pre-existing conditions
- Does not provide reimbursement or guarantee payment
Members remain responsible for all financial obligations to providers.
6. MedBlue Discount Program Terms (Dental + Pharmacy Only)
6.1 Dental Discounts
Dental discounts apply only when visiting a participating, in-network dentist.
Out-of-network dentists do not provide discounts.
6.2 Pharmacy Discounts
Provided through third-party pharmacy discount networks. Actual savings vary.
6.3 No Lab, Imaging, or Diagnostic Discounts
MedBlue provides no discounts on:
- Lab tests
- Imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI)
- Diagnostics
- Hospital services
- In-person medical visits
X-rays performed by a dentist are included only if part of the dentist's discounted fee schedule.
6.4 Payment at Time of Service
Members must pay the full discounted fee at the time dental or pharmacy services are rendered.
MedBlue does not pay any portion of member bills.
6.5 Savings Variation
Savings typically range 20%-50% depending on the dentist, location, and procedure.
6.6 Cancellation Policy (30-Day Guarantee)
Members may cancel within 30 days for a full refund minus applicable processing fees, provided:
- No fraudulent activity occurred
- Terms have not been violated
6.7 No Stacking Discounts
Members may not combine MedBlue discounts with:
- Other discount plans
- Coupons
- Promotional pricing
- Employer benefits
Only one discount program may apply per service.
7. No Medical or Dental Advice
MedBlue does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Dental advice
- Diagnosis or treatment
- Emergency services
All clinical services are performed by independent providers.
In an emergency, call 911.
8. No Provider-Patient Relationship
Using MedBlue does not create a provider-patient relationship.
Providers are independent.
MedBlue does not guarantee provider:
- Availability
- Participation
- Competency
- Success of treatment
9. Authorization & Acknowledgement
By using MedBlue, you acknowledge:
- Membership fees are paid to MedBlue
- Dental and pharmacy charges are paid directly to providers
- MedBlue does not pay or reimburse claims
- Virtual care is delivered by independent third-party clinicians
- Provider lists are informational only
- You select your own providers
10. Registration & Security
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login secure
- Notify MedBlue of any unauthorized access
11. Personal Information
Your use of the Site constitutes agreement with our Privacy Policy, including how we use and share your personal and health-related data.
12. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Site
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use MedBlue for illegal activity
- Provide false information
- Harass or harm others
13. Editorial Control
MedBlue does not guarantee the accuracy of provider data or user-submitted information.
Information may change without notice.
14. No Spam
Using MedBlue to collect emails or send unsolicited messages is prohibited.
15. Content You Post
You grant MedBlue a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display any content you submit.
You may not post unlawful, threatening, obscene, or copyrighted material without permission.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by MedBlue or its licensors
and may be used only for personal,
non-commercial purposes.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.
MedBlue does not guarantee:
- Savings
- Provider availability
- Accuracy of information
- Continuous service
- Data security
- Clinical outcomes
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- MedBlue's total liability is limited to $100
- MedBlue is not liable for:
- lost profits
- personal injury
- provider negligence
- inability to access services
- loss of data
19. Termination
MedBlue may suspend or terminate membership at any time for:
- violation of Terms
- fraud
- misuse
- inactivity
Certain provisions survive termination.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MedBlue harmless from claims arising from:
- your use of the Site
- your violation of these Terms
- disputes with providers
21. Electronic Contracting
Your use of the Site constitutes your electronic signature.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the full agreement between you and MedBlue.
24. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by Florida law.
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County.
Class Action Waiver:
You agree NOT to participate in:
- class actions
- class arbitrations
- consolidated claims
All claims must be filed individually.
25. Assignment
MedBlue may assign these Terms freely.
You may not assign your rights without our written permission.
