Cancellation Policy

MedBlue Cancellation Policy: MedBlue members may cancel their membership at any time by emailing team@medblue.com team@medblue.com from their registered email address. Please include your full name, date of birth, and membership number in the request. If you cancel within 30 days of enrollment and request a refund, MedBlue will issue a full refund of the amount paid. After 30 days, cancellations will stop future billing but are not eligible for a refund.
